Delivery Information

How long will it take to receive my order and how much will it cost?

In the table below you can select your location (the country where you are requesting delivery to) to understand estimated delivery times and cost for standard delivery services. For express delivery for boutiques and customers in the UK, please navigate further down the page

Your product(s) will be shipped to you directly by the individual boutique(s), therefore shipping times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages. Estimated shipping times can be found on the product page under the “Delivery” tab.

 

Are all products suitable for shipping to and use in my country?

Yontras works with the best Partners. Unless otherwise stated, all items sold by a Partner in a certain country, including electronics and light fittings, are suitable for that country. All care will be taken to notify our international customers, but Yontras cannot be responsible for the return or adaptation of goods ordered to international markets that are not suitable for use in that market.

Some products are not eligible for international delivery: this includes perfumes & aftershaves, aerosols and any products including batteries. If you have any doubts, our customer support team are more than happy to help, contact us via support@yontras.com.

 

Where do my products ship from?

Your product(s) will be shipped to you directly from the individual Partner(s), therefore they will be sent from the country that the Partner is based in.

Please be aware that you are responsible for paying any customs and duties incurred in the delivery of your order.

 

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

We are unable to change your delivery address once your order is confirmed and ready to ship. However, if your item has not shipped we may be able to change the delivery address for you. Please contact support@yontras.com within 24hrs of placing your order and we will endeavour to update the address.

 

How are services delivered?

Services are normally provided in person so there is no delivery required. If however, the service you redeemed can be provided remotely, the Partner will contact you if you purchased the service on Yontras or if you have a voucher you can arrange delivery with the Partner when you redeem the voucher. If you have any trouble contact us at support@yontras.com and we will resolve the issue for you.

 

How much will delivery cost?

Standard delivery is FREE to all UK mainland addresses

Charges on other delivery options will be shown at checkout.

 

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, we will aim to get the Partner to dispatch your item within two to three working days. Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

 

How can I track my order?

Login to your account

If you created an account with us, when your order has been confirmed as dispatched, tracking details will be available to view in your account.

Visit the Couriers tracking page

We will notify you upon dispatch. You will then receive an email with tracking details directly from the nominated courier when your item(s) are out for delivery.

Enter the tracking number provided into the couriers tracking form on their website.

I have ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?

Your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers but you will not be charged any additional delivery fees.

Larger items such as furniture may also be delivered in two separate deliveries due to the size of the boxes.
